Black Cross Crimson Sky

The Southeastern Coast of Texas in 1863. Mama Neque, a freed woman of color, operates a general store and hotel barely making enough to pay the rent and keep her shelves stocked. She's fortunate that the Civil War has come to the bay area allowing her to sell to the Confederate or Union Soldiers, whoever has control of the town at the time. Things start to spin out of control for Mama when her son deserts the army and leaves Mama with the regiments cash box. Meanwhile her daughter, who she has used for profit, has fallen in love with a mysterious soldier. Torn between the ghosts of her past and her greed, Mama must decided what her future will be. 4w, 5m, guitarist and dancers.
